1. Subject
    1. These general terms and conditions of sale shall apply to the purchase of ABSPRINT LTD brand products (hereafter the “Products”) via the e-commerce website https://twinkly-lights.uk/ (hereafter the “Site”) by users falling within the definition of "Customers” pursuant to article 1.2 below. The Site is managed by ABSPRINT LTD with registered office at 25 Spa Lane, Derby, England, DE1 1QA, registered under Company Number 16099275 (hereafter the “Seller”).
    2. The parties involved in the purchase of Products via the Site are the Seller and the party purchasing one or more Products for reasons other than in relation to the profession, business, trade, or craft conducted by that party, as the buyer (hereafter the "Customer") (the Seller and the Customer shall be referred to jointly as the "Parties").
    3. Any communication by the Customer in connection with and/or in relation to the purchase of the Products, including any notifications, claims, or requests concerning the purchase and/or delivery of the Products or exercising the right to cancel, shall be sent using the Contact Us form available on the Site.
    4. All purchases are regulated by the general terms and conditions of sale published on the Site at the time the order is submitted by the Customer.
    5. Customers must be aged 18 or over in order to make purchases on the Site and have legal capacity; the Customer declares compliance with such requirements.
  2. Product features and availability in the various geographical areas
    1. The Products are sold by the Seller with the features described on the Site and in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale published on the Site at the time of the order, excluding all other terms or conditions.
    2. Sales prices, the Products sold on the Site, and/or their characteristics are subject to change without notice. The Customer is advised to check the actual prices before submitting the purchase order.
    3. The Site can be accessed from all over the world. However, the Products available on the Site can only be purchased by users who request delivery to one of the countries listed on the Site.
  3. Product purchase procedure - Conclusion of each individual purchase contract
    1. The presentation of the Products on the Site is an invitation to the Customer to make a contractual offer to purchase and is not an offer to the public.
    2. The Customer's purchase order is accepted by the Seller by sending an email to the Customer confirming the order. The email will include a summary of the order and the general terms and conditions of sale.
    3. Any contract for the purchase of the Products shall be deemed concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation from the Seller by email.
  4. Delivery and acceptance of goods
    1. The Seller undertakes to comply with the delivery times given on the Site and, in any event, to deliver within a maximum of 30 days from the day after the Customer places the order.
    2. The Products ordered by the Customer shall be delivered according to the method chosen from those available and listed on the Site when the order was placed.
  5. Prices, shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes
    1. The price of the Products is that indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed by the Customer. Product prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of shipping costs.
    2. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the total price stated in the order is net of any customs duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
  6. Right of withdrawal
    1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the Products are received. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Seller via the Contact Us form.
  7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
    1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of England, unless binding provisions in the Customer's country of residence provide otherwise.
